| After having our house listed with various other agents for six years, Susan Emo brought in an acceptable offer within 1 month of her taking over the Listing of our property, which unfortunately did not go through due to the prospective purchaser. AND THEN brought in a 2nd offer which was acceptable and has gone through. She moved fast when we were looking for our next house, and her opinions and advise regarding any properties in which we showed interest were dead on. She was our agent for the house we did buy.
